Good food, however, chickens a bit hard especially for littles. Floor was dirty, and booths are in need of some love.

Absolutely amazing staff from feont counter to the cooks! The type of staff that makes you keep coming back.

Ordered Nashville hot and they gave me regular. I called to ask for it to be compensated and they said why didnt you stop and check after I had walked nearly a mile to get their food

When I came here I was tempted to leave considering the line was pretty long. But as soon as I was about to turn my back the line was merely gone. That was because the cashiers really knew what they were doing and got the line moving! The food was really good too (I mean come on its KFC). And i also really liked the special edition mountain dew that is only available at KFC, you should heavily consider coming here on your next hunger fest.

What I enjoyed most at this KFC was the local vintage (?) photos decorating the dining room. I looked at most of them. I got my order inside 45 seconds! Got my receipt and cup and moved to the other side of counter. Put the cup down to deal with the receipt and the order was on the counter for me! I was the only one in the dining room...That said the bathroom smelled awful, just awful. It was the smell of dirty sewer water; like a water trap was open and had been for days or weeks. I had to hold my breath.Small thing, a number of the dining room booth seats were torn and repaired with duct tape.I would go again, just skip the bathroom...

This chicken leg was in the bucket of chicken like this . Someone had taken all the skin off it and took a bite out of it ...gross was at the Marion KFC. I was never offer a bucket to replace this contaimed bucket . This leg was hide in the bucket at the bottom .

The best KFC in Iowa for the taste and service! It's a franchise but we visit several KFC in Iowa, they're all taste different. This branch is the most standard: not to salty , not to oily and not overcooked.

We bought the $20 family meal. The chicken tasted like there was sand on it. The grittiness was DISGUSTING and we threw it in the trash. They told my husband there was nothing they could do. There was construction going on inside, so pretty sure it was related to that. After 7 years as patrons we won't be back.

Worst KFC in the area. They didn’t get a single order right out of 3 and they didn’t have biscuits.

Good deal for the price.

The food was good in hot, but the guy working behind the counter was kind of creepy as he stared at us while we ate. Also the men's bathroom smell like somebody took a shet in the trash can

There was no customer's when we pulled up yet the gal was rude and rushing us. I kept having to repeat myself cause she didnt listen. Also the food has really gone down hill I was very disappointed in this visit..

I Can’t believe it takes up to ALMOST 10 minutes JUST to get an order of 3 $5 meals, even though the food was Good enough the Speed of Service SERIOUSLY Needs improvements!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND you to go to this KFC, It’s JUST NOT as Good as it was when I was a kid! 😡😠

Good If there's nothing to eat at the house. Customer service could use some improvement.

Not one employee had a mask on. There is a barrier for them on the drive thru...but they can talk over your food with no mask.. If I would have known I wouldn't have gone, you have seen the last of my support.

The prices! Oh my God!

Love to stop here at the Marion KFC on 7th Avenue for a $5 meal deal - 2 piece original chicken dinner with one side, chocolate chip cookie and a biscuit. Kids love the chicken, potatoes and brown gravy, coleslaw, biscuits. I always add another side to get both potatoes and coleslaw. You can always get a bucket of chicken to go with large sides for a potluck, picnic, or family dinner. The chocolate cake to go is really good too.
